Thunder In The Valley 2024..............Fan Appreciation Night Wednesday, May 8th........$5 Grandstand Admission Tuesday, May 7th Ohio's Fun Place to Race!! 2024 Race Season Main Event Racing Series & Fireworks Postponed June 29, 2013 The Downtown Ford 100 and the fireworks show scheduled for July 3 was postponed after a long period of rain that lasted around five hours. Eventually, track and MERS officials decided that it was time to pull the plug after giving the storm plenty of time to vacate the area. It will not be held on July 4, the original raindate that was announced, due to a terrible forecast and more rain coming through the area.
