A lot of people have been asking, and/or whining, about the chip/weight rules in the Pure Stock division. They are in place to promote a level playing field between built and crate engines in the class. We can assure you that neither combination will be allowed to dominate. If necessary, weight will be added or the chip will be changed to either combination to promote a level playing field. The crate engines are being introduced to the class to give competitors an affordable but extremely reliable option to go to.
The New Towne Mall Car Show is scheduled for Friday, March 30-Sunday April 1. To enter your car, email info@midvalespeedway.com. There is no cost for competitors to enter and space is limited.
The 2012 rules for each division have been posted under the rules link at the top of the homepage.
The 2012 tentative schedule will be online during the month of January.
To confirm that your car # is reserved for the new season, check the link on the left column of the homepage. Contact us if you need to add, delete, or change your number.
If you need a crate engine for the Economy Modified division, call Smith's Auto Sales at 330-453-3747 to place your order. Cost is $3200.
