Racing action for Saturday, May 7 was canceled due to scattered rain showers that set in around the area.
Week #2 will now be Saturday, May 14. After a thrilling season opener that saw a couple of photo finishes in the Compacts, a surprising late race pass for the Late Model win, a clean sweep in the newly formed Economy Modified division, and a Dukes of Hazzard style car launch in the Pure Stocks, fans are ready for another night of racing.
This Saturday, May 14 will feature the only visit from Circle Track Mini Trucks. Joining them will be the McIntosh Oil Company Late Models, the Summit Racing Economy Modifieds, plus Outlaw Compacts and Stock Compacts. Fans will be treated to very affordable concession area food as well. All hotdogs and pops for the night are just $1 each, so come to the track hungry and thirsty.
Pit gates will open at 2:00, hotlaps and grandstands at 3:00, qualifying at 4:45, and racing action at 6:30. Admission is just $12 for adults, $10 for seniors 62+, $8 for kids 6-15, and children 5 and under are free. Pit admission is $25 for members and $30 for non-members.
