Monday, April 20th Ohio's Fun Place to Race!! 2026 Race Season Racing For The 17th Was Cancelled May 17, 2008 Racing has been canceled. A final shower moved through at 5:30 that forced the cancellation. MIDVALE, OH – For the first time during the 2008-racing season, racefans will have the opportunity to take on the track with the always popular Spectator Drags. Four weekly classes plus a faster pastor race will join them on the night’s schedule. Late Model, Sport Stock, Pure Stock, and Compact drivers will be racing for the third time this season. So far, Mike Miller holds the point lead in the McIntosh Oil Late Model division, while Nick Grubbs (Tusco Net Sport Stocks), Tad Grove (Midvale Speedway Pure Stocks), and Don Rufener, Jr. (Parkway Suzuki Compacts) are at the top of the other three classes. In addition to the spectator drag halftime show, area pastors will be competing in the 1st of two Faster Pastor races. The preachers will be in the seats of Compact division racecars. Admission prices are $10 for adults, $8 for seniors 62+, $6 for kids 6-15, and children 5 and under are free. Pits open at 2:30, hotlaps at 3:00, qualifying at 4:30, and racing begins at 6:30.
