Mother Nature wreaked havoc on Midvale Speedway racing for the fifth time in five tries in May, this past Saturday night, May 31.
Racing will continue this coming Saturday, June 7, with the USPRO Super Late Model Series making their first ever visit, in their inaugural season. Heats for all five regular divisions will be run. Following the preliminary action, the 50-lap USPRO Series feature event, will take to the track. In the divisions season opener, in Michigan, several lead changes excited fans throughout. The gates open at 1:30, with hotlaps at 2:00, qualifying 3:50-5:50, and racing to begin at 6:30. Wristbands and rainchecks may be used from Saturday, May 24 for admission but the difference will have to be paid. Grandstand admission will be $12, instead of the usual $9.95. Rainchecks will also be accepted on the 14th.
Open practice will be held on Friday from 4-8 p.m. with a $10 pit admission charge.
